Agree that Bangkok is amazing and have no clue why some people dislike it. There are probably a lot of non city people that visit Thailand and transit through Bangkok on the way to the islands without even giving it a proper chance. I am from NYC and sometimes go to Thailand just to visit Bangkok only.

Sucks not to have girlfriends, especially later in life… advice from an elder Vegan, 24 years, make sure your friends are really your friends, if they don’t match ALL of the Five Towers of Compatibility (The 5 Love Languages), they’re NOT your friend, especially a best friend. It’s better to have no friends than to waste your time on fauxfriends & spending time & focus on a fauxfriend will keep new people, actual friends, from even approaching. Sounds harsh, it’s really not, it’s Self Respect, something I SORELY lacked in my teens & 20’s. Tampons suck, I don’t wear them unless absolutely necessary & when I do they’re Organic, Unbleached, unscented, medium to light size. ‘Diva Cups’ are also terrible, they cause Autointoxication, you’re not supposed to trap The Detox 👑, that’s old & dead cells, bacteria & Denatured Genetic Material, Oxidized Heavy Metals & all kinds of things… it’s VERY unwise to do so as it DOES reabsorb & that causes severe toxicity to the tissues & surrounding organs etc. & that also causes INFLAMMATION 😬 This eventually leads to cancer. We Women live longer not only because we’re smarter, make better choices & take MUCH better care of ourselves, but ALSO because our bodies do a nice DEEP Detox every month 🤷🏻‍♀️ It is sacrilege to desecrate ourselves in such a way. Period blood is the only blood that does NOT come from death or violence yet that’s the only blood that ‘society’ wants to be weird about, it’s a HARD no for me. I love my body, I very much appreciate Her efforts to keep US healthy, so, I just wear pads, same standards, Organic, unbleached, unscented. I’m 41, No PCOS, very little pain during Moons, no weird labs, no hormonal issues, no issues at all actually, I attribute this to my staunch, long standing standards of Self Care. My mother & sister (10 years younger) have BOTH had & have serious Lady issues, raging PCOS, scary labs, many surgeries, one ending in a ‘Full’ Hysterectomy (Hystero-Salpingo -oophorectomy, how’s that for Medical Terminology? Ha!) & then her subsequent death, literally riddled with cancer, at only 53 😬. My sister will be extremely lucky to make it TO 53 at the rate she’s going with her issues. All of my Aunts & even Cousins have Female issues too when I think about it… The risk isn’t worth it, I was super Genetically predisposed to Lady Cancers & bs, I chose not to go down that same path & it has paid off BIG time. If anyone has anything negative or stupid to say about it, you can send them my way 😈💅🔥.
